1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the AutomateX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AutomateX provides automation consulting and development services, including AI automation, business process automation, integrations and custom software. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Quotes and pricing
Pricing shown on our website is indicative. All engagements are quoted individually based on scope. A formal proposal governs the commercial terms of any project.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant systems, information and stakeholders necessary for us to deliver the agreed services.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. AutomateX retains rights to its pre-existing tools and methodologies.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant project agreement. Fees for work completed remain payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
